Will I receive all of my items at the same time? |

| In order to get you your order as soon as possible, we ship items out of 3 different warehouses - one for video, one for books, and one for all other items/accessories. Because of this, if you order items from multiple categories, the items will ship separately. You will still receive all of your items within the time period your shipping option guarantees. Regular/Ground shipments are guaranteed within 10 business days, Express shipments are guaranteed within 3-5 business days, Priority Rush shipments are guaranteed within 2 business days. |

How fast will my package be shipped? |

We ship 99% of all orders within 48 business hours. If your order is held, it is due to a problem with the payment, the shipping address or for some other unforseen reason.
Premium service such as EXPRESS SERVICE (3-5 Days) and PRIORITY RUSH SERVICE (2nd Day) will have priority handling in our warehouse. Orders must be placed by 12 noon eastern standard time (east coast) for the same day shipping of the EXPRESS and PRIORITY RUSH packages.

What are my Shipping options and how is it calculated? |

Shipping and Handling are calculated by weight of the products you are purchasing. Upon checkout, your shipping rate will be quoted automatically. You will be able to select your level of shipping service based on your requirements at that time.
Masters of Poker ships via USPS and UPS. Service levels available are REGULAR/GROUND, EXPRESS (3-5 DAYS), and PRIORITY RUSH (2ND DAY AIR). Masters of Poker reserves the right to substitute an equivalent carrier at the same service level.
International customers are limited to use INTERNATIONAL UPS WORLDWIDE EXPRESS or CANADA STANDARD. Orders via INTERNATIONAL WORLDWIDE generally reach their destination in 3-5 days. |

No. However, you can have your package delivered in two days using our PRIORITY RUSH service and making sure your order is in by 12 noon eastern time.

To keep costs low, Masters of Poker will only accept payment from international customers in the form of Credit Card or Certified Money Order. Certified money orders can be obtained from your local postal center, American Express Service Centers, Western Union Service Centers to name a few.
If sending a Certified Money Order, print the order and mail it to Masters of Poker, 13636 Ventura Blvd, Suite 279, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423 and include a copy of the invoice. This will hold your order in our system until the payment arrives at our accounts receivable department. When accounts receivable processes the payment, your order will then become an active order and be entered into the shipment process.

On a Friday night in August in Minneapolis, longtime New York Knicks player Trent Tucker (he played for the Knicks for 10 years) had a charity event to benefit the Trent Tucker Youth Program. Normally, this event is all about the golf, and people pay a minimum of $5,000 a person to play with the likes of Michael Jordan, Kevin Garnett, Patrick Ewing, Byron Scott, Charles Oakley, Scotty Pippen, and many other NBA stars and celebrities. The 2006 version included a no-limit hold'em charity poker tournament at Canterbury Park Card Casino, and Johnny Chan, Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi, Greg Raymer, Phil Gordon, Liz Lieu, John Phan, Patrik Antonius, Hoyt Corkins, Marcel Luske, and I were there to support the charity.
